Patricia Bell Harik, CPA, MST
Managing Partner

Patricia Bell Harik, CPA, MST, is the Managing Partner of HARIK THOMPSON and the head of the Firm’s tax department.  With more than 30 years of tax experience, Patricia works with individuals and businesses in a wide range of industries. She provides tax planning and compliance services, transactional analysis, trust accounting and administration, estate planning, and client representation before the taxing authorities.  Prior to joining HARIK THOMPSON (formerly HARIK MINASSI COALE), Patricia served as a senior tax manager for two Westside California accounting firms.
 
Patricia earned an undergraduate degree in Business / Economics and French from the University of California at Santa Barbara, including a year abroad in Bordeaux, France as an exchange student.  In 1997, she completed her Master’s Degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University.

In the ever-changing world of taxation, Patricia spends a significant amount of time studying and researching the emerging issues affecting her clients.  She actively participates in the South Bay Estate Planning Council to remain current and enhance her skills to serve clients in the expanding area of estate planning.
 
Community involvement is essential to Patricia and she dedicates her time as a Board Member of the Torrance Del Amo Rotary and a member of the City of Rolling Hills Estates Equestrian Committee.  To fulfill her passion for horses, she competes in western shows and is the Co-President of Los Serranos Award Circuit.  
 
Patricia believes that accounting professionals need to balance work, education, family, and community involvement and the Firm’s clients are best served when this philosophy is achieved.
